We ship with the US Mail, FedEx and UPS, we are not responsible for late shipping services. Tracking IDs will be proveded via the email you used when placing an order online. Any phone in orders, or replacment shipments will not be shown in your online account and those tacking IDs cannot be automatically transmitted.
